Shipping Information
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We use J&T Express (https://jet.co.id/) courier service for local Indonesian orders. Dear GG will ship orders from Monday to Friday, no shipment is made during public holidays or during the weekend. We will deliver your order after we have received your payment in full. If for any reason your item is out of stock, our Customer Service team will contact you as soon as possible. Payment made before 3PM will be shipped the same day, payments made after 3PM will be processed the next day.
Please allow 1-2 business days for ready stock items, and 3-5 business days for personalised and pre-order items (unless otherwise stated), for us to process your purchase after receiving your payment. Payment confirmations that are received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. The tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours after shipment is made. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact J&T Express (https://jet.co.id/) simply call J&T Express, Hotline at 021-8066-1888 for local orders.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, we do not accept REFUNDS / RETURNS, but if you are not satisfied with the item you purchased and wish to exchange, please send us an email at contact@dearggofficial.com or send us a message via Whatsapp +62812 3266 8887 with your order number, notifying us of your exchange request.
We are happy to offer an exchange within 3 days of receiving your items. Customers will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item. We recommend that you use a courier service that provides tracking numbers. Once we have received the return and check the item(s) condition, we will send you the exchange items. Please take note that Exchanges are only allowed ONCE per order number.

Eligibility for returns:
1. Returns and exchanges are only available for Indonesian addresses
2. Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 working days after receiving the package.
3. We do not accept exchange requests for orders that are still in the fulfillment process. To change an order that has not yet been shipped, please cancel the order and place a new one.
4. Your item must be new, unused, unwashed and with all its original packaging including plastic and garment tags.
5. Exchanges that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
6. Goods that are exempted for exchanges are gift cards and personalised items.

Returnable items:
1. WRONG ITEM, If you have received an incorrect item, we will process an exchange right away for the item you originally ordered.
2. DEFECT, Any irregularities in the garment are results of the process and are integral to the individualities of the garment. Anyhow if you are not happy with the item, you may send us a picture of the defect so we are able to decide whether you can exchange it or not.
3. SIZE ISSUE, Do take note that measurements may vary 1-3 cm ( ½ – ¾ inch) due to the handmade nature of our garment.. If you have size issues with the item you have purchased, we accept size exchanges to the desired size, subject to availability.

Dear GG is not responsible for the risk of loss of the merchandise after delivery has been confirmed at your shipping address. We do not take responsibility if the package is not delivered in time due to an incomplete address / misspelled address or no recipient at the address.

Please note, if you wish to send the goods to an address outside of Indonesia, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Dear GG is not responsible for any duties and taxes which may be incurred. Please also note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, we do not ACCEPT REFUNDS / RETURNS, but if you are not satisfied with the item you purchased and wish to exchange, please send us an email at contact@dearggofficial.com or send us message in the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of the page with the subject ‘Exchange’ with your order number, notifying us of your exchange.
