We use J&T Express (https://jet.co.id/) courier service for local Indonesian orders. Dear GG will ship orders from Monday to Friday, no shipment is made during public holidays or during the weekend. We will deliver your order after we have received your payment in the full amount. Payment made before 3PM will be shipped the same day, payments made after 3PM will be processed the next day.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your purchase after receiving your full payment. Payment confirmations that are received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.

We do provide international shipping. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. Tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours after shipment is made.
